How do I top up through this site?
Open Top up, enter the plate fields, pick an amount, continue to payment.
How long does posting take?
Usually within 24 hours after the payment page accepts the order.
Which payment methods are accepted?
A card on the payment page. Marks sit beside that field.
Which fees and limits apply?
Presets AED 50-200, custom AED 50-400, desk charge AED 4.50, balance check AED 1.50.
What if money left the card and the tag did not move?
Write to the desk with the order reference from the payment page.
Is it safe to enter card details?
Card fields are only on the payment page, not on the top-up form.
Can I get a refund?
If the tag never moved and we can match the order. See the refund page.
