These terms cover the top-up request you send from gatelanepay.com.

The desk

GateLane is an independent service. We are not a UAE government body and not a road-toll operator. Using the form does not create an account with any operator.

Your request

You confirm the mobile, emirate, category, plate and amount are yours to use. We pass them to the payment host as you typed them.

Amounts

Presets and the custom range are published on the top-up page. The desk charge appears before you confirm on the payment page.

Posting

A collected request is usually posted within 24 hours. A failed collection does not move the tag.
